Bajaj Dominar 400 price hiked by INR 999

The Bajaj Dominar 400 was introduced at INR 1.36 lakhs on December 15, 2016.

Bajaj Auto has increased the price of the Bajaj Dominar 400 by INR 999 on both the disc brake and ABS trims. The motorcycle last saw a price rise in the second half of April 2017 by INR 2,000.

When launched the Bajaj Dominar 400 was available only in 22 cities, but Bajaj later increased the availability in early March 2017. It is the most affordable motorcycle to get a slipper clutch and also gets a LED headlamp with Auto Headlamp On (AHO) feature. The reverse backlit LCD instrumentation also helps in visibility under bright sunlight.

The Bajaj Dominar 400 is anchored on standard 43 mm telescopic fork up front and a multistep adjustable monoshock in the rear. The bike tips the scales at 182 kg and has a 13-litre fuel tank.

The Bajaj Dominar 400’s domestic sales dropped to 2,000 units in April 2017 and 1,000 units of the bike were exported in the same month.
