No changes to the engine of the crossover.
Audi India's next launch, the Q3 facelift, will take place on June 18, 2015 in New Delhi. A brief timeline of the crossover: The Q3, the smallest member of Audi's 'Q' SUV family was introduced in India back in June 2012 as an imported vehicle from Audi's Martorell, Spain, plant. In September 2013, Audi India began assembling the Q3 at its Aurangabad plant and also launched an entry-level Q3 S variant.
The Q3 facelift gets a new front fascia with a Singleframe grille, a new bumper with larger airdams and redesigned headlights with optional LED lighting. Other cosmetic changes include new alloy wheel patterns and a mildly revised rear bumper.
Inside, the Q3 facelift could get a new steering wheel and new accents for the dashboard and door trims. There won't be any drastic changes however.
The Q3 facelift in India will continue with the 2.0-liter TDI four-cylinder diesel engine matched to a 7-speed S-tronic gearbox. This engine develops 177 bhp and 380 Nm of torque, and sends power to all wheels through the Quattro all-wheel drive system.

In a bid to compete with entry-level luxury hatchbacks, Audi India may consider re-introducing the Q3 S, which ditches the AWD system and the automatic transmission for a front wheel drive layout and a 6-speed manual transmission instead.
