Bajaj Auto has launched the 2019 Pulsar 220F ABS in India at an ex-showroom price tag of INR 1.05 lakh. The motorcycle has started to arrive at select dealerships, and bookings have opened at certain outlets. While the 2019 Bajaj Pulsar 220F ABS rolls out pan-India, a YouTube channel has posted the first ride review of the motorcycle.

The motorcycle features a single-channel ABS along with an anti-stoppie system called rear lift-off protection (RLP). A 260 mm disc at the front and a 230 mm unit at the back provided the stopping power on the outgoing model, and the YouTuber who is test riding the motorcycle states that the front disc appears larger on the ABS-equipped Pulsar 220F.
Visual upgrades include body graphics and the addition of an engine cowl that adds a sporty look to the motorcycle. The YouTuber tests the ABS system under heavy braking and the bike comes to a standstill without much drama. The instrument console and the side panel get carbon-fibre textured stickers that give the Pulsar 220F a premium look. An ABS light has been added to the telltale indicators under the digital display. Surprisingly, we could not spot an ABS sticker on the motorcycle.
Everything else remains identical to the outgoing model, and the motorcycle continues to feature a semi-fairing design with a tall windscreen, and comes in four colours – chrome black, laser black (red decals), dyno red (grey decals) and nuclear blue (grey decals).
