Maruti Suzuki is promoting the i-Create personalisation program for the new Maruti Swift and has also launched a configurator on the website which allows buyers to add accessories and customisations virtually. To encourage buyers to use the i-Create platform, Maruti has customised several Swifts with its accessories as seen in the image below.
All cars in the image above feature a bodykit with front and rear bumper spoilers, side skirts and rear spoiler. The colour of these body kits can be changed to suit the body colour of the Swift. Maruti is also offering contrast roof with looks which range from specific patterns (seen on the Prime Lucent shade) to body stripes (seen on the Fire Red shade).
The customisation options also extend to seat covers and plastic inserts for the dashboard. With various permutations and combinations available, seeing two identically customised Swifts are highly unlikely. Prices for individual parts range from INR 400 to INR 26,990. With varied options to enhance the aesthetics of the hatchback, enthusiasts may be disappointed that Maruti does not offer any performance upgrades. The Swift comes with a 1.2-liter K-Series petrol engine or a 1.3-liter DDiS diesel, paired to 5-speed manual and automated manual gearboxes. The range-topping ZXi+ AGS and ZDi+ AGS were launched this week.

Many reports have stated that Maruti is keen on launching the Swift Sport in the Indian market. However, the company has not made anything official. The closest Maruti got to a sporty vehicle was introducing the Maruti Baleno RS which debuted the 1.0-liter three-cylinder turbocharged Boosterjet engine.
