The Avenger 220 twins have been in the market for quite some time. But for 2018, Bajaj has made cosmetic updates to make them look fresher. The two motorcycles now get LED DRL and a fully-digital instrument cluster. However, they have retained the old-school cruiser design. The Intruder draws design inspiration from the bigger Intruder range. Let’s see how they perform against each other specification-wise.

On the safety front, the Intruder is superior to the Avenger, thanks to the inclusion of single-channel ABS. It also gets a rear disc brake. However, it gets a 2-litre smaller fuel tank, and is INR 4,874 more expensive. This is despite the fact that it makes 4.23 PS less power and 3.5 Nm less torque from its smaller engine.
