The new CLA is likely to carryover the changes from the facelifted 2016 Mercedes A Class that was unveiled three months ago. As seen in the video above, the 2016 Mercedes CLA gets Multibeam LED headlamps, sleek LED DRL strips, re-designed front bumper, updated LED taillight clusters, and new exhaust tips.
Inside, the new CLA will feature a revised 8 inch freestanding COMAND infotainment display that will offer Apple CarPlay and Android Auto connectivity. Also part of the facelift could be new interior color options, new dashboard trim and slightly updated buttons.

The CLA should also source the refined engine lineup from the 2016 Mercedes A Class. In the latter, power has been bumped by 7 hp in the A250 and A220d variants. As for the CLA 45 AMG, Mercedes has already re-tuned the engine, and now produces 381 PS and 475 Nm from the 2.0-liter turbo engine. Power is sent through either a 6-speed manual or a 7G-DCT dual clutch transmission to the wheels.
