Hero MotoCorp has unveiled a new dual tone colour option for the Hero Xtreme Sports, and new body graphics for the Hero Duet at the Auto Expo 2016 in Greater Noida. They will be available for order shortly, and the company has not revealed any change in their prices.
2016 Hero Duet
The Hero Duet was launched late last year in six plain colours - Panther Black, Matte Vernier Grey, Pearl Silver White, Grace Grey, Candy Blazing Red and Nature Green. The 2016 Hero Duet that is on show at the Auto Expo has body graphics on the front and sides. There is no change to the chrome trim that has already been a part of the Duet's styling, and there is no mechanical change. The Hero Duet is powered by the 110.9 cc air-cooled single-cylinder engine developed in-house by Hero MotoCorp, that produces 8.31 bhp at 8,000 rpm and 8.30 Nm at 6,500 rpm, mated to a CVT.
Hero Xtreme Sports
The Hero Xtreme Sports has been on offer in four monotone colour choices and one dual tone option. At the Auto Expo, the company introduced the second dual tone colour theme for the motorcycle which comprises of a white base and blue body graphics. There is no other change in the new version. The 2016 Hero Xtreme Sports is powered by the 149.2 cc single-cylinder air-cooled OHC engine that produces 15.6 bhp at 8,500 rpm and 13.50 Nm at 7,000 rpm, mated to a five-speed gearbox.
