Second monocoque-based passenger car from Mahindra.
The Mahindra KUV100 has been rendered as a Sports version by Team-BHP member iamahunter. The model is virtually subjected to a variety of cosmetic changes some of which tone down the original design of the car.
The rendered elements include a black exterior, a red highlight on the grille and the darkened alloy wheels, minor revisions on the front bumper, the removal of the sharp kink on the rear section, and the rear door handle in its traditional position.
The KUV100 was introduced at an event last week where the car's name was announced and its engines were revealed. It is be powered by two mFalcon BSIV engines that have a displacement of 1.2 litres with three-cylinders. The petrol version, the mFalcon G80, produces 82 bhp at 5,500 rpm and 114 Nm at 3,500 rpm. The diesel motor, the mFalcon D75, produces 77 bhp at 3,750 rpm and 190 Nm at 1,750 - 2,250 rpm. Both are mated to five-speed manual transmissions.
