Prices for the top spec 1-er start at EUR 41,900 (INR 29.19 Lakhs).
Although BMW hasn't officially revealed the performance-oriented M135i variant of the facelifted 1 Series, a few shots of a totally undisguised model spotted on the streets of Germany leaves nothing to the imagination.
Like the outgoing model, the BMW M135i will be characterized by a sporty M Body kit featuring a deeper front fascia with large air intakes, Ferric grey wing mirror caps, and a rear diffuser housing the dual tailpipes.
Inside, the car will be embellished with M badges all over the cabin, as well as body hugging sports seats, and carbon fiber trim mixed with Alcantara upholstery.
Under the hood is BMW's 3.0-liter turbocharged six-cylinder engine producing 326 hp (6 horses more than the outgoing model) and 450 Nm of peak torque at only 1500rpm.
Reportedly, prices for the facelifted BMW M135i start at 41,900 euros (INR 29.19 Lakhs) for the three-door manual transmission and rear-wheel drive spec model, whereas a 5-door model will cost EUR 750 (INR 52,172) more. The BMW M135i xDrive variant with the eight-speed automatic gearbox will cost at least EUR 46,050 (INR 32.03 Lakhs). The facelifted 1 series range, including the M135i will break cover at this year's Geneva Motor Show.
