Will be the only model in the segment to feature LED DRLs.
Volkswagen is currently working on a major update for their best-selling sedan in the country - the VW Vento. The update will only focus on improving the cosmetic appeal and maybe the equipment.

Here's a video that shows the Vento with the LED DRLs, making it the only model in the segment to offer it (since Hyundai is no longer fitting LEDs in the Verna).
Other reported changes include a new headlamp design, an updated chrome grille, distinct creases on the hood, a redesigned front bumper, and a new carved-out rear bumper with a cut-out for the exhaust pipe and LED tail-lamps. New alloy wheel designs and seat fabrics are also expected.
No mechanical changes are reported so far. The Vento will continue sourcing power from a choice between 1.6-liter petrol, the 1.2-liter turbo petrol or a 1.5-liter diesel engines. The 1.2 TSI and 1.5-liter diesel will be paired to a 7-speed DSG auto-gearbox, while the 1.6-liter petrol comes with a 5-speed manual transmission.
