No changes to the mechanicals of the car.
Renault India today launched the 2015 Renault Pulse, not a facelift for the hatchback, but minor feature updates. The updated Pulse starts at INR 5.03 lakhs, ex-Showroom, New Delhi.
Keyless entry with an engine starter button (already available feature), electrically-folding wing mirrors, a 2-DIN music system with USB and Bluetooth (also a feature that has been available on the car), steering-mounted controls and automatic headlights are features Renault India say has been provided on the Pulse. Safety wise, the car comes with ABS and dual front airbags.
There are no announced changes to the powertrain of the Pulse. The petrol variant gets a 1.2-liter three-cylinder motor producing 76 PS and 104 Nm of torque, while the diesel's 1.5-liter four-cylinder engine produces 64 PS and 160 Nm of torque. Both engines are paired to a 5-speed manual transmission.
