TMCBlog reports that the Indonesian market will receive the Yamaha Aerox 125 cc scooter in 2016. The publication has posted some rendetions and leaked images which reveal its colour themes. Codenamed the Yamaha BE1, the scooter has commenced testing on roads in Indonesia.
Powered by a 124.9 cc engine, the specifications of which is yet to be released, the Aerox 125 will be a brand new addition to the company's lineup in Indonesia. The publication reports that Yamaha Indonesia Motor manufacturing (YIMM) intends to produce 70,500 units of the scooter in the first year, and that the model will be offered in three colours - Deep Purple Blue with white trims, metallic Grey with red front fender and visor and white with metallic grey fender and headlamp cowl.

The salient features of the scooter is said to include a LED head lamp, a taillight assembly and the turn indicators inspired by the Yamaha V-Ixion, open handlebars inspired by the Yamaha X-Ride, split seats and large wheels.
