Suspension is tweaked for better handling.
Volkswagen has unveiled a new limited edition of their supermini Up! that enhances the visual appeal of the compact 5-door city car .
Called the VW Street Up!, the car features contrasting white and yellow decals that run from the bonnet to the roof as well as on the side panels, and "Street" lettering below the chrome door mirrors. The hatchback sits on 16-inch "Upsilon" wheels that add more character to the stance. The special edition also gets a tweaked suspension setup for improved handling.
The exclusive treatment runs inside too, as the Street Up! comes with contrast stitching on the seats, floor carpets, gear knob and handbrake lever. Furthermore, the seats and the door sills feature the "Up!" lettering . It also comes specc'd with a "Black Style" interior package that adds a black headliner and tinted windows.
Otherwise, it shares the same engine lineup as the standard Up!. The Street Up! comes with two engines: a petrol 1.0-liter three-cylinder engine that is available in either 60 PS (59.1 bhp) or 75 PS (73. bhp), and a CNG powertrain that produces 68 PS (67 bhp).
