TVS Motor Company has announced the ‘Limitless Assist - Road Side Assistance (RSA) program’ for the Apache RR 310 customers in India. Under the program, TVS Apache RR 310 owners (new as well as existing) will get unlimited kilometres (towing and mechanical services) of roadside assistance for an entire year. The program aims to deliver quick and hassle-free service assistance in the event of any unexpected breakdown of the vehicle.
Limitless Assist – RSA will be available for free of cost to new customers for one year and will be able to renew it for a fee of INR 999/year. Existing customers can also avail the program, for INR 999 annually.
Under the ‘Limitless Assist – RSA’ program, TVS Apache RR 310 customers can contact a 24X7 helpline (toll-free number - 1800 258 7111) for ensuring that last mile assistance. Key services offered under the program include onsite mechanical assistance, towing facility (in case of accidental or mechanical break-down) and taxi benefit. The program also offers services such as tire/battery/key loss support, fuel assistance and message relay.
The new program aims to further improve the owner experience and boost sales. In other updates, TVS Motor Company announced special festive season offers to attract new buyers. The offer currently brings benefits on the Apache series and the Radeon, although the company may extend it to more models.
Under the festive season offer, TVS is offering the Radeon at a down payment of INR 5,999 and zero processing fee. The Apache series can be purchased at a down payment of INR 10,999 and a five-year own damage insurance savings worth INR 8,800. The company claims that the Apache range receives benefits of up to INR 19,000 (depending on the model).
TVS Motor Company has also launched special edition models of its existing products to boost sales during the festive season. The list of new variants includes the Ntorq 125 Race Edition, new Jupiter Grande (with Bluetooth functions), Special Edition StaR City+, Radeon ‘Commuter of the year’ celebratory edition and the Scooty Pep+ matte edition.
The special offers will also help the Hosur-based brand to clear its BS-IV stock before the new BS-VI compliant models start to roll into the dealerships.
