Our take on a sporty version of the small car.
Tata is looking to enter the hot hatch segment with the Bolt-based Tata Sport, though in this story IAB's artist, Shoeb R Kalania, has rendered the Tata Tiago receiving a sporty makeover.
If Tata Motors decides on having a one-make championship, similar to VW India's Vento Cup Race, a tricked out Tiago could serve duty well with specialized mechanicals.
In the render, the Tiago is a three door hatchback featuring a revised bumper with a front splitter and LED cube lights, large rims shod by low profile tires, lowered ride height and a fixed rear wing. Inside, it could feature a stripped out cabin, leaving a race-spec steering wheel, digital speedometer and bucket seats.

The regular Tata Tiago is available with an all new 1.2-liter three cylinder Revotron petrol engine or a 1.05 three cylinder Revotorq diesel engine, which are fitted with a 5-speed manual gearbox as standard. An AMT option will be introduced at a later time.
