KTM 390 Duke Design

In 2017, KTM gave the 390 Duke a major overhaul that transforms its whole look. The new look was inspired by the 1290 SuperDuke. Later on, in 2020, The 390 Duke underwent a minor upgrade and has been on sale until today. In the foreseen future, the KTM Duke will get its new updates. However, it is expected that the new version will not diverge far from its current 1290 SuperDuke-inspired aggressive and sharp design. It will continue to feature the LED headlights, long tank extension, flat and wide handlebar and more.

KTM 390 Duke Engine

KTM is powered by a liquid-cooled 373.3cc DOHC single-cylinder petrol unit which is, of course, BSVI-compliant. This engine is capable of generating a top power of 45PS and 37Nm. The transmission system comprises a 6-speed gearbox and a slipper clutch. Similar to other KMT motorcycles, the 390 Duke is tied together by the signature steel trellis frame. Since 2017, KTM has replaced the old single-piece frame with a bolt-on rear subframe. The suspension duty is handled by an open-cartridge USD fork and preload-adjustable mono-shock. It comes with a 320 mm and 230 mm disc brake for the front and rear wheel. Moreover, the brake system is assisted by a dual-channel ABS.

KTM 390 Duke Features

The existing version offers a full LED system, coloured TFT display, Bluetooth connectivity, and bi-directional quick-shifter as well.
