The Suzuki Vitara Web Black Edition for the Italian market has been unveiled. The compact crossover which is based on the iV-4 concept was unveiled at the Paris Motor Show.
The Web Black Edition, as the name suggests will be available for order only through Suzuki's website and will come only with a full black exterior paint job along with a chrome 'Special Edition' badge. Bookings for the special edition compact SUV will stay open till January 31.
Based on the top-end V-Top trim, the Vitara Web Black Edition is equipped with a Star View panoramic sunroof, winter tires and 17-inch dual tone alloy wheels. Features that are included in the V-Top variants include 7 airbags, ABS with EBD, ESC, 7-inch touchscreen multimedia infotainment system with 3D navigation, Bluetooth and rear view camera, leather seats, and automatic climate control.
The special edition is available only with the 1.6-litre four-cylinder diesel engine which delivers 120 PS (118.7 bhp) and 320 Nm of torque. The motor is mated to a 6-speed manual transmission which distributes drive to all the four wheels via Suzuki's AllGrip system.

Priced at 28,000 euros (around 21.86 lakhs), the Suzuki Vitara Web Black Edition will find the first customers in March 2015.
Maruti Suzuki is reportedly considering the Vitara for a launch around 2017. It will launch two smaller crossovers, the S-Cross and the XA-Alpha, prior to it.
