Similar to the Gixxer SF duo, the facelifted Gixxer 155 and the Gixxer 250 will feature identical design, with a few factors such as the alloy wheel design, engine cowl and the paint theme distinguishing them. The Gixxer 250 will feature a full LED headlight along with a brushed silver finish to the mask. The cockpit will share the instrument console with the fully-faired Gixxer 250 SF. The steering hardware on the Gixxer 250 will comprise a flat, single-piece handlebar instead of the clip-on style unit from the Gixxer 250 SF. The naked roadster will feature upright ergonomics for city-friendly ride quality.

The new Gixxer 155, as seen in the leaked brochure, will miss the engine cowl, although the 250 cc model will include this feature. The engine cowl enhances the sporty styling of the quarter-litre motorcycle. Fuel tank shrouds will give the bike a muscular persona. Everything else will be identical to the Gixxer SF 250, and the naked roadster will feature a chiselled fuel tank design, split seats, split pillion grab rail, LED tail light and rear fender mounted blinkers and number plate.

Mechanical and hardware specifications, too, will be identical to the Gixxer SF 250, and the quarter-litre naked roadster will use a 249 cc single-cylinder, 4-valve, fuel injected, SOHC engine with Suzuki Oil Cooling System that produces 26.5 PS of peak power at 9,000 rpm and 22.6 Nm of maximum torque at 7,500 rpm. The motor will be paired with a six-speed gearbox.

The disc brakes will be governed by dual-channel ABS as standard. The 155 cc motorcycle, on the other hand, will have single-channel ABS. Shock absorption tasks are handled by conventional telescopic forks and a monoshock suspension at the front and back respectively.
