The KTM 390 Adventure made debut at the 2019 EICMA motorcycle show in Italy earlier this month (5 November). A report from last month claimed that it will be launched launch at the 2019 India Bike Week – a piece of news that is further fueled by KTM’s announcement to be part of the event for the first time.

KTM’s latest press release stated that it will make key announcements at the 2019 India Bike Week. In fact, the Austrian brand is also offering entry passes for the event at discounted rates to the existing KTM owners. The Orange Pass, which is available for INR 1,600, gives two-day access to the India Bike Week and comes with an exclusive KTM Fan Package worth INR 1,100.

The price could fall somewhere in the range of INR 3-3.2 lakh (ex-showroom). Do note that its direct rival, the BMW G 310 GS, is available at INR 3.49 lakh (ex-showroom).

In case you missed our coverage of the EICMA motorcycle show, the KTM 390 Adventure is the latest member of the brand’s adventure tourer range. The 390, however, is not the entry-level model of the adventure family. KTM has already listed the 250 Adventure on its Indonesian website, and we expect the quarter-litre model to be available in the Indian market as well.
