The Royal Enfield Bullet 350 rear disc variant has been launched in India, priced at INR 1.28 lakh (ex-showroom Mumbai). The on-road price in Mumbai is INR 1.54 lakh.
The bike has started reaching dealerships as IAB reader Abinash Panigrahi has shared a walkaround video of the Royal Enfield Bullet 350 from a Nasik dealership. According to Abinash, apart from the addition of the rear disc and the new swingarm, the bike remains unchanged. It is the same setup that is available on the Royal Enfield Classic 350.
Powering the Royal Enfield Bullet 350 is a 346 cc, single-cylinder, air-cooled motor that delivers 19.8 bhp of maximum power at 5,25o rpm while generating 28 Nm of peak torque at 4,000 rpm. The engine is mated to a five-speed gearbox.
While the standard model is available in a single black colour scheme with gold pinstripes, the ES (Electric Start) variant comes in three paint options – Black, Red and Silver. Unlike the Classic 350 and the Thunderbird 350, the Royal Enfield Bullet 350 comes with a single-piece seat and chrome finish to the fenders and battery box.
Suspension duties on the Royal Enfield Bullet 350 are carried out by telescopic forks at the front and twin gas-charged spring-loaded shock absorbers at the back. Stopping power is provided by a 280 mm front and a 240 mm rear disc. ABS isn’t offered even as an option.
