The new Mahindra Scorpio went on sale yesterday. Here's a look at the features and specifications of the SUV.

Engine and Gearbox:
- Engine Option 1: 2,523 cc four-cylinder m2DiCr turbocharged common rail diesel engine producing 75 bhp @ 3,200 rpm and 200 Nm of torque between 1,400 - 2,200 rpm; 5-speed MT
- Engine Option 2: 2,179 cc four-cylinder mHawk variable geometry turbocharger common rail direct injection producing 120 bhp @ 4,000 rpm and 280 Nm of torque between 1,800 - 2,800 rpm; 5-speed MT
- Interesting fact: Mahindra have sold over 4.5 lakh units of the Scorpio in India till date.
