The Honda Unicorn 150 was relaunched at the 2016 Auto Expo.
Honda Motorcycle and Scooter India Pvt Ltd seem to be gearing up to update the Honda Unicorn 150. Re-introduced due to low sales of the Unicorn 160, the Unicorn 150 remains HMSI’s most successful product in the segment. A patent image of a motorcycle claimed as the new Honda Unicorn has been shared by Rushlane.
However, the lack of a front disc and rear monoshock, signature features of the Unicorn, raises questions on the claimed identity of this motorcycle. Honda India has kept to a monoshock rear suspension setup in the 150 cc segment and the Honda Unicorn 150 was one of the first adopters of the technology in the country.
