The grade wise features and specifications of the new 2019 Suzuki Jimny have surfaced online. creative311.com has shared a detailed break-up of features that will be offered on each grade of the fourth generation Suzuki Jimny.
There will be three grades available - XG, XL, and XC. The notable features of the new Suzuki Jimny XG include - front driver and passenger airbags, SRS curtain airbags, front seat SRS side airbag, halogen headlamps, fog lamps, manual air conditioning, 2-speakers, and 16-inch steel wheels.
In addition to features of XG grade, the mid-level Jimny XL gets automatic climate control, engine start/stop button, keyless entry, electrically retractable ORVMs, and smoked glass. The range-topping XC grade adds dual sensor brake support, LED headlamps, headlamp washer, cruise control, ORVM mounted LED turn indicators, and 16-inch alloy wheels.
Under the hood of the JDM-spec new Suzuki Jimny resides a 660 cc petrol engine. This RA06 3-cylinder turbocharged unit produces max power of 64 PS at 6,000 rpm and a peak torque of 95 Nm at 3,000 rpm. It will come paired with either a 5-speed manual transmission or a 4-speed automatic transmission. 4WD will also be present. As per the source, the Suzuki Jimny manual variant will have a fuel efficiency rating of 16.2 km/l while the automatic variant will return 13.2 km/l (WLTP cycle).

Ahead of its official debut in July 2018, the exterior and the interior of the new Suzuki Jimny and Suzuki Jimny Sierra have already been revealed via various leaked images on social media. The fourth generation model will reach the UK market only in 2019.
