The Red Band Racing Facebook page and the sreeragkb Instagram handle have shared images of a heavily modified Mahindra Thar. It features performance upgrades as well as modifications to enhance its off road capabilities.
The list of mods includes a RedBandRacing Performance Remap, which pushes the power output to around 160 hp. For reference, the Thar's 2.5 L CRDe diesel in its stock form puts out 105 bhp and 247 Nm. It also gets an upgraded blow-off valve. According to CarToq, this is the most powerful Mahindra Thar in the country.
Off road centric mods on this custom Mahindra Thar include Bilstein off-road suspension, custom off-road snorkel, Bride Rally 4-point bucket seats upgraded crown & pinion ratios to accommodate the upsized tyres. Also, it gets an off-road winch, bumpers and a bullbar. It features 16" off-road rims wrapped with 36 x 12.5 x 16 Maxxis Trepador tyres. The external roll cage and hardtop are custom made for the build. Cosmetic updates also include custom fenders and flares, aftermarket projector headlamps and a horizontal LED bar placed above the windshield.

The Thar is finished in a shade of blue with the rest of the exterior fittings in black. All the mods, though functional, go a long way in giving this modified Mahindra Thar massive road presence. We don't have any information regarding the price of the modifications.
Mahindra currently retails the Thar with a 2.5 L CRDe diesel and 4x4 for an ex-showroom Delhi price of INR 8,98,644 as listed on its official webpage. The confirmed all-new next-gen Mahindra Thar is rumoured to arrive towards the decade-end.
