The Mercedes V-Class Elite sources power from a new 2-litre diesel BS-VI engine, which weighs 17% lesser in comparison to the previous engine.

The old Mercedes V-Class was launched in India in January this year, in two trims: ‘Expression’ and ‘Exclusive’. The Elite trim is based on the facelifted V-Class. The higher sticker price of the luxurious people mover is justified by its revamped looks, new engine and a host of additional features.

Inside, it sports reclining, massaging, heating and cooling functions on the middle row seats. Also, it gets new upholstery and interior trim and sliding sunroof with a panoramic sunroof as an option. Moreover, it rolls on 17-inch 5-twin spoke light-alloy wheels as standard, while 18-inch 5 twin-spoke light-alloy wheels are offered as an option.

The exterior colour shade comprises seven options, namely Steel Blue, Selenite Grey, Graphite Grey, Brilliant Silver, Obsidian Black, Cavansite Blue, and Rock Crystal White. On the mechanical front, the Mercedes V-Class Elite sources power from a BS-VI 2-litre diesel engine which weighs 17% lesser in comparison to the previous engine. The safety package of the Mercedes V-Class includes features like 8 airbags, ESP, ABS, EBD, active parking, crosswind assist, attention assist, traction control, hill start assist and much more.
