Maruti Suzuki recently inaugurated its 400th Arena showroom. The company has achieved this milestone in less than two years.
Maruti Suzuki Arena dealerships comprise state-of-the-art facilities and modern infrastructure. These outlets are operational in 278 Indian cities and towns. The company's overall sales network (including old, Commercial and NEXA outlets as well) has now reached over 2,940 showrooms and covers more than 1,860 towns and cities.
The Maruti Arena dealerships offer modern amenities like tablets and computers which allow the customer to check out vehicle specification, features, colours etc in detail. These dealerships are also equipped with unique Product Vision touch screens to let the customers explore the entire product portfolio seamlessly. Also, part of the Arena dealerships is a dedicated Personalization Zone with car configurators which allows the user to browse through different accessories and customize the vehicle according to his/her own preference and taste.
Commenting on the landmark, Shashank Srivastava, Executive Director (Marketing & Sales), Maruti Suzuki India Limited said, "We launched Maruti Suzuki Arena with a strategy to transform our network and meet expectations of young, dynamic and evolved Indian customers. It is an important step in our journey of transformation. In less than two years, we have opened 400th ARENA showroom. Maruti Suzuki plans to progressively update all its old dealerships to Arena for enhanced customer experience. These dealerships retail the Alto, Alto K10, Wagon R, Celerio, Swift, Dzire, Vitara Brezza, Ertiga and the Eeco.
