The Kawasaki Estrella 175 (W175) will be launched in Indonesia in the second half of this year, according to tmcblog.com.
It was reported in June that the retro-style motorcycle was under development. This month, the Kawasaki Estrella 175 was spied in Indonesia for the first time.
As per a report on tmcblog.com, the bike will come in two variants: standard and special edition. According to the local dealers in the country, the bike will enter the market in November.
When it comes to looks, the Estrella 175 is similar to its bigger cousin, the Estrella 250. The pea-shooter exhaust, round headlamp, spoke wheels and the single-piece bench seat give the motorcycle a Bonneville-like look. Coming to the powerplant, the Estrella 175 reportedly uses a 175 cc single cylinder DOHC 2 valve engine. There is no information on the power figures yet. For reference, the Estrella 250 gives out 18 PS and 18 Nm from its 250cc SOHC two-valve engine.
