FCA India has launched the petrol model of the Jeep Wrangler Unlimited in India at INR 56 lakh. The petrol model lowers the iconic American SUV's entry price point by INR 15.59 lakh.
The Jeep Wrangler Unlimited petrol measures 4,583 mm in length, 1,877 mm in width and 1,829 mm (hard top)/1,860 mm (soft top), and has a wheelbase of 2,947 mm. Under the hood, there's the 3.6-litre Pentastar naturally aspirated V6 engine that develops 284 PS at 6,350 rpm and 347 Nm of torque at 4,300 rpm. Power is sent to the wheels via a standard manual transmission and distributed among them through the Command-Trac® Shift - on - the - Fly part-time four-wheel drive system. The ARAI-rated fuel economy figure of the Jeep Wrangler Unlimited petrol is 8.4 km/l.
Regarding equipment, the Jeep Wrangler Unlimited is the same in petrol and diesel model. Halogen automatic headlamps, black bumpers, tinted windshield glass, 17-inch wheels and Premium Black Sunrider Soft top/Freedom Top Black 3-piece hard are the noteworthy exterior features the Jeep Wrangler Unlimited 4X4. Among other highlights, the Indian-spec version gets remote keyless entry, power heated mirrors, heated and reclining front seats and a 6.5-inch touchscreen infotainment system.

The Jeep Wrangler Unlimited 4X4 comes in six exterior colour choices: Firecracker Red, Billet Silver, Black, Bright White, Rhino and Granite Crystal. Its interior can be specified in Black or Black/Dark Saddle theme.
