The Honda Biz 110i is powered by a 109.1 cc single-cylinder four-stroke air-cooled gasoline engine with OHC and PGM-FI (Programmed Fuel Injection), that produces 8.3 hp at 7,250 rpm and 8.83 Nm at 5,500 rpm. The motor is mated to a rotary semi-automatic transmission with four-speeds, and an electric start system. The engine is compliant to the new, second phase of the PROMOT IV (Pollutant Emission Control Program for Motorcycles and Similar vehicles), which was enforced on January 1, 2016.

The vital components on the Honda Biz 110i include a telescopic fork with 100 mm travel, double rear dampers with 86 mm stroke, drum brakes of 130 mm diameter at the front and 110 mm at the rear, spoke wheels, and a new catalytic converter for the exhaust system.
