The Hero Splendor+ 25 Years Special Edition has the same specifications as the regular model. It is powered by a 97.2 cc air-cooled, single-cylinder OHC engine that delivers 8.36 PS of max power at 8,000 rpm and 8.05 Nm of peak torque at 5,000 rpm.
