Likely to be the production-spec Hero Dash 110 and Dare 125.
In an interview with PTI, Hero MotoCorp Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, Ravi Sud, has confirmed that Hero will be launching two new scooters in the coming couple of months, in a bid to maintain its market leadership this year.
"We will be launching two new scooters in the next two months leading up to the festive season,"
Although he hasn't confirmed which scooters are in the pipeline, it is likely to be production versions of the Hero Dash 110 and Dare 125 concepts, which were revealed in January 2014.
The Hero Dash 110 is almost certain to make its debut in the next two months, given that a production-ready unit was caught testing in May 2015. Reports also suggest that the Hero Dash has entered production at Hero’s Gurgaon plant. The company could introduce two variants of the Dash: LX and VX. Features in the top-end VX trim include alloy wheels, a silencer cover and a USB port for charging mobile phones
The Honda Activa-rival is powered by an all-new 111 cc single-cylinder engine producing about 8.5 bhp, unlike the Hero Maestro which uses a Honda-sourced engine (for which Hero MotoCorp pays royalty).

The other scooter in question is the more powerful production version of the Hero Dare (rumored to be christened as the Hero Maestro Edge), which made its conceptual debut at Auto Expo 2014. Being a flagship offering, the Hero Maestro Edge could be equipped with the Dare concept's features like alloy wheels, dual tone body, LED daytime lights and taillights, and a digital console, so as to appeal to the target audience.
The Hero Dare is powered by a 124.6 cc forced-air-cooled engine which develops 9.38 hp at 7,500 rpm and 9.8 Nm of torque at 6,500 rpm. The 114 kg scooter gets a body-colored brake caliper along with a front 200 mm disc brake.
