Could become the company's flagship model.
Hero MotoCorp introduced the Hero HF3R concept at the Auto Expo 2016 to give a glimpse at the company's design and development philosophy for performance bikes. According to a report from GaadiWaadi, the company has applied for the Hero HF3R production version's patent.
The Hero XF3R showcased in Delhi last year was a design concept vehicle that would inspire the company's future performance bikes, and it seems like it is evolving into a new production streetfighter. The production version could be a 300 cc-class model targeted at the TVS Akula 310, BMW G310R and the likes.
The Hero XF3R concept features inverted fork, mesh-type alloy wheel design, Pirelli Sport Demon tyres, single-sided monoshock, single-sided swingarm, upside-down forks, fully-digital instrument panel and LED tail lamps. The twin-port exhaust can is positioned almost beneath the rider's seat in a way that mimics the styling of high-end bikes. The bike also features 'Dual Map' technology, meaning that it offers two driving modes one of which could be performance-oriented.
