Yamaha FZ16 hits Indonesian market under the name Byson
If sources are to be believed then Yamaha plans to launch a new model in Indonesia called the Byson. The Byson is nothing but the FZ16 which was introduced in India last year.
After seeing the tremendous success of FZ16, Yamaha is exporting the same model to Indonesia with a different name. Indonesia isn't a place where Indian bikes are not a rare sight.
The Byson will most probably be exported from India. The bike would have the same 153 cc engine and we do not expect many changes except for decals and badges.
If launched in Indonesia this bike would surely give tough competition to other bike manufacturers in the country. As of now there is no confirmed news of its launch and price in Indonesia.
