No plans to launch either models in the country.
A Team BHP member has snapped the Fiat Doblo and Fiat Qubo models on test in Maharashtra, though it must be mentioned that FCA India has no plans of launching these products in the country. The Doblo and the Qubo (which bear MH-12 number plates, indicating that they're indeed being used by Fiat India which has its base in Ranjangaon) could be testing component(s), powertrain or could be here for global benchmarking purposes.
In international markets, the Fiat Qubo is available with a 1.4-liter FIRE petrol engine and the 1.3-liter MultiJet diesel engine, the latter is seen here. The diesel engine is available in power states of 80 hp and 90 hp, but irrespective of the engine, a manual transmission is the only gearbox on offer.
The Doblo on the other hand gets the 1.6-liter MultiJet diesel engine in states of 95 hp and 120 hp, whereas the 1.4-liter petrol engine produces 95 hp. Again, all variants get a manual transmission only. Neither of these cars are in FCA India's pipeline at the moment.
