Made its world premiere today.
At the unveil of the Datsun redi-GO, the company has confirmed that pre-orders will be accepted from May 1, while initial deliveries are to commence from June 1, 2016.
Making its world debut today, the Datsun redi-GO is the second model to be based on the CMF-A platform. Its exterior is influenced by Datsun's new YUKAN design language. Some of the features seen are a characteristic hexagonal grille, sleek headlamps, separate LED DRLs on the bumper, vertical taillamps, contoured tailgate and separate reflectors on the lower bumper. The redi-GO has a best-in-class ground clearance of 185 mm.
Inside, Datsun hasn’t revealed any specific details, but claims that the redi-GO will offer best-in-class kneeroom, spacious rear seat, and best-in-class visibility. The design adopts a driver-focused approach with round HVAC vents, three-spoke steering wheel, tall gear lever and front power window controls on the floor console.
