The Royal Enfield Himalayan is RE's first real all-new bike in a long time. The go-anywhere looks, utilitarian design and easily customisable parts have made the Himalayan the choice of many custom bike builders in a short span of time. The on and off road riding dynamics add more grunt to the motorcycle.

Royal Enfield Himalayan Green Goblin
Made by Grid7 custom based in Kerela, the Green Goblin emerges as a fresher design without missing out on its original philosophy. The headlamp unit is new while the fuel tank and handlebar have also been worked on. The exhaust is an under seat unit adding a sporty touch. A new matte finish has been given to the bike along with a new forest green paint scheme. The Royal Enfield Himalayan Green Goblin also gains fatter tyres, with an 18-inch front and a 17-inch rear specification.
Royal Enfield Himalayan firefighter
Now all customizations and modifications do not have to be about looks or performance. That’s the idea behind this firefighter version of the Himalayan. It gets a 60-litre water tank, a high-pressure pump and a compressed air foam tank with gel blankets. The cost of this modification is said to be INR 10 lakhs. It even gets a first aid kit. These machines are used by the Mumbai fire department as they allow aid to reach the accident area quickly.
Royal Enfield Himalayan Duke
While rugged looks of the Himalayan give it the take-me-anywhere feeling, the powertrain does leave the average enthusiast disappointed and wanting for more grunt. The 413 cc mill has been replaced with the powerful engine from the KTM Duke 390. That’s not all, the Himalayan-Duke also gets a 6-speed gearbox from the KTM. The instrumentation has been borrowed from the Austrian, while the rest of the bike remains the same.
