It features LED taillights and BBS alloy rims.
Mangalore-based VM Customs has fitted accessories for the Honda City, which overhauls the lighting features as well as include custom alloy rims. No upgrades have been made under the hood.
Based on the pre-facelift version, the Honda City has projector headlights with LED DRLs similar in design to that of the Audi TT. It also has LED fog lamps, LED clear lens taillamps with L-shaped graphics and a set of BBS deep dish multi-spoke alloy rims with dual tone black and silver colour theme. No changes have been reported inside the car or under the hood.
The City is available with two engine options: 1.5-litre i-VTEC petrol and 1.5-litre i-DTEC diesel. The former produces 87.7 kW (119 PS) and 145 Nm of torque, while the latter delivers 100 PS and 200 Nm of torque. A 5-speed manual transmission is standard in both variants, and a continuously variable transmission is exclusive to the petrol variant. It can average 17.8 km/L (petrol manual), 18 km/L (petrol automatic) and 25.6 km/L (diesel manual).
In other news, Honda Cars India announced that in June 2017, the cumulative sales of the City reached 2.5 lakh units in the country, of which 61% of the units sold constitute the petrol variant and 70% of them have a manual transmission.
