Audi India plans two important launches in 2011 having already placed the R8 V10 and A8L on the market. The Audi A7, which we spied testing at Mahim in Mumbai, will be launched during the third quarter of the calender year, while the all-new A6 drives in during the last quarter.

Audi plans to sell 4500+ cars in India this year. It sold 480 cars this year already compared to the same period last year. Lucknow, Coimbatore, Nagpur, Raipur, Goa and Bhubaneshwar will have Audi outlets in the next 12-24 months.
Audi A7 Video
Audi could assemble the Q3 small crossover in India next year and price it well below 30 lakh rupees. The Audi A1 is a subject of heavy speculation as it shares mechanicals with the locally manufactured Polo and is an interesting option for a premium small car option.
Audi should offer the 185PS 1.4 TFSI engine and the semi-automatic transmission, larger wheels, sport seats and good level of equipment on the A1 to make sure no one calls this Audi's Polo.
