The MV Agusta Dragster 800 RR is a more powerful take on the Brutale 800 range.

The MV Agusta Dragster range had been unveiled as a more aggressive version of the Brutale range at EICMA 2013. However, due to the strong reception the Dragster model received, MV Agusta decided to create it as a new model range. The muscular, mean-looking street naked motorcycle utilises the same powerplant as the F3 800 and Brutale 800.

At the heart of the MV Agusta Dragster 800 RR is a 798 cc triple-cylinder, 12-valve, DOHC engine. Coupled to a cassette type 6-speed gearbox, the engine produces 140 PS of power and 87 Nm of torque. The gearbox is supplemented with a bi-directional quick-shifter. The MV Agusta Dragster 800 RR has a claimed top speed of 244 km/h.

The MV Agusta Dragster 800 RR is suspended over 43 mm Marzocchi upside-down forks up front with adjustable preload, rebound, compression and damping. Rear setup includes a Sachs monoshock with similar levels of adjustability. Braking duties include twin 320 mm discs with radially-mounted 4-piston Brembo callipers in the front and a 220 mm single disc with twin-piston Brembo calliper. Adding to these is a dual-channel ABS with rear lift-off mitigation system.
