The updated prices of the complete range of Yamaha motorcycles are listed on the company’s India website. To give you a quick recap, the YZF-R15 V3.0 is one of Yamaha India’s highest selling products. The third-gen model packs several features such as LED headlight, revised instrument console, an updated engine with variable valve actuation technology and an assist and slipper clutch. The 155 cc single-cylinder, liquid-cooled, DOHC engine produces 19.3 PS of peak power output at 10,000 rpm and 14.7 Nm of max torque at 8,500 rpm.
The FZ25 and the Fazer-25 share the 249 cc single-cylinder, air-cooled, SOHC, 2-valve motor with a fuel-injection system that makes 20.9 PS of max power at 8,000 rpm and 20 Nm of torque at 6,000 rpm. The FZ-Fi and FZS-Fi draw power from a 149 cc single-cylinder, air-cooled, SOHC power mill that delivers 13.2 PS at 8,000 rpm and 12.8 Nm of maximum torque at 6,000 rpm.
Meanwhile, the YZF-R15S and the Fazer 150 have been temporarily discontinued from India. While the YZF-R15S is still listed on the company’s website, the Fazer 150 is no longer present. Updated models would reportedly replace the two motorcycles soon. The new Fazer 150 would most definitely benefit from all the updates that the FZ V3.0 range has received and thus come equipped with LED headlight, updated instrument console and revised styling.
