Following the launch of the 2019 Kawasaki Versys 650, India Kawasaki Motors has launched the 2019 Kawasaki Z900 in India, priced at INR 7.68 lakh (ex-showroom Delhi).
Bookings for the 2019 Kawasaki Z900 are open at Kawasaki dealerships across the country. The new Z900 is available in three colour options - Metallic Moondust Grey / Ebony, Pearl Flat Stardust White / Metallic Spark Black, and Metallic Flat Spark Black / Metallic Spark Black.
Apart from the three paint schemes and new graphics, the 2019 Kawasaki Z900 continues unchanged. According to Kawasaki, the Z900 is a rider-focused naked streetfighter that offers a perfect balance between power and handling. The Z900 uses an all-new lightweight frame along with an aluminium swingarm.

Z900 is considered as one of the most affordable in-line 4 superbikes in India. But not only the price, but due to its all-round package, Z900 has done really well in the Indian market. It is an ideal commuter during the week and fun to ride on a track. We would like to see our customers opting for Kawasaki genuine accessories to enhance the bike further.
The 2019 Kawasaki Z900 employs the same 948 cc, liquid-cooled, In-line four-cylinder engine. The fuel-injected motor produces 123.3 bhp of maximum power and 98.6 Nm of peak torque. The engine is mated to a 6-speed transmission with a standard slip-assist clutch.
The Kawasaki Z900 features a 17 litres fuel tank, while it tips the scales with a kerb weight of 210 kg. Anchorage comes from twin semi-floating 300 mm petal discs up front with a 4-piston calliper and a 250 mm petal rotor at the rear with a single-piston calliper, while dual-channel ABS is standard.

Suspension hardware includes 41 mm inverted front forks with rebound damping and spring preload adjustability and a back-link mono-shock with rebound damping and spring preload adjustability at the back. The Kawasaki Z900 rivals the Triumph Street Triple RS, Ducati Monster 821, Yamaha MT-09, and the Suzuki GSX-S750.
