The "smooth and silent" Mahindra Marazzo's exterior spied undisguised

Spy images of the test drive units of the Mahindra Marazzo entirely reveal its exterior ahead of the official launch on September 3. The demo cars are in the top-spec M8 trim.

The Marazzo will launch on September 3 and will be price positioned between the Scorpio and the XUV500.

At the front-end, the Mahindra Marazzo features a shark tooth grille with several chrome embellishments. The vertical slats are in accordance with the company's current design theme. The headlamps hold LED projector setups. The angular fog lights carry LED DRLs. The front bumper encompasses a large air dam and the angular foglamps get LED DRLs.

The Mahindra Marazzo MPV has a cab-forward design with well-balanced proportions. Highlights of the side profile include a front quarter glass, door-mounted ORVMs with integrated indicators, chrome-plated door handles, blacked-out pillars, and multi-spoke alloy wheels. The rising beltline adds a touch of dynamism. The side skirts get chrome appliques.

At the rear, the Marazzo boasts a large windscreen with a wash/wipe feature. A thick chrome strip flanks the lower end. The C-shaped LED tail-lamps feature LED fixtures, and there's the somewhat discreet integrated roof spoiler with the third stop lamp completing the look.

The Mahindra Marazzo is the first jointly designed product by the company's Kandivali-based design centre in Mumbai and renowned Italian design house Pininfarina.

Earlier spy images reveal that the interior of the Marazzo M8 variant will offer a black & beige colour theme. Features will include cruise control, 7.0-inch touchscreen infotainment system, automatic climate control, and multi-function steering wheel.  The MPV will also offer segment-first surround-cool AC vents. M&M claims the Marazzo will have the lowest NVH levels in its segment.
