The Hyundai Creta will gain a sunroof, cruise control and more convenience features with its mid-cycle refresh.

The 2018 Hyundai Creta has minor design changes over the original model. At the front, it features the brand’s signature 'Cascade Design' grille, LED DRLs, a slightly more aggressive bumper and revised fog lamp housing. On the sides, it has new 17-inch alloy wheels in the same design as the Hyundai Creta Sport. At the rear, the tweaked tail lamps look the same as those of the Brazilian-spec Hyundai Creta. Hyundai will introduce a ‘Smart Electric Sunroof’ with the facelift.

In addition to a sunroof, the 2018 Hyundai Creta will feature a ‘Smart Key Band’ wearable wristband for keyless entry, cruise control, 6-way power adjustable driver's seat, wireless charger and an upgraded touchscreen infotainment system with Auto Link (connected car technology) and iblue (audio remote application). Hyundai will offer the Speed Sensing Auto Door Lock and driver-seat height adjustment features as standard in the new model.

The pre-facelift Hyundai Creta is available with the 90 PS 1.4L CRDi diesel engine, the 123 PS 1.6L Dual VTVT petrol engine and the 128 PS 1.6L eVGT CRDi diesel engine. The 2018 Hyundai Creta’s engine options will likely include only the 123 PS 1.6L Dual VTVT petrol unit and the 128 PS 1.6L eVGT CRDi diesel unit.
