Jagadamba Motors Pvt. Ltd., the authorised distributor of TVS Motor Company in Nepal has showcased the TVS Stryker 125 at the 2017 NADA Auto Show. The motorcycle is not available yet in the Indian market.
The TVS Stryker draws power from a 124.53cc single cylinder Ecothrust engine. It generates 11PS of power at 8,000 rpm and 10.8 Nm of torque at 5,500 rpm. The bike uses a 4-speed gearbox, and the engine nestles inside a single cradle tubular frame chassis.
The front end uses a traditional telescopic fork, while the rear employs twin Dual-spring shock absorbers for optimal comfort. Coming to the brakes, the bike uses a 240 mm petal disc at the front and a 130 mm drum unit at the rear. Tubeless tyres wrap the 17-inch alloy wheels.
The bike features a 10-litre fuel tank with 2 litres reserve. The Stryker tips the scale at 117 kg, kerb, and has a 1275 mm wheelbase. The bike gets a fully digital instrument cluster, with tell-tale lights on the left. There is an engine-kill switch as well. The single-piece seat features premium red stitching. The LED tail lamp is reminiscent of the TVS Apache. The bike comes in three colour options – Crimson White, Volcano Red and Metallic Blue.
