Benelli through its authorised distributor KTM International Trading Pvt. Ltd., has showcased the Benelli TNT 135 and Benelli TNT 300 at the 2017 NADA Auto Show in Nepal.
Benelli TNT 135
The Benelli TNT 135 has a 134.7cc single cylinder SOHC double spark engine with fuel injection. It produces 13.1 PS of power at 9,000 rpm and 10.8 Nm of torque at 7,000 rpm. The gearbox is a 5-speed unit. A 41 mm upside down front fork and a rear monoshock hold the trellis frame. The bike gets 220 mm front and 190 mm rear discs. The bike tips the scales at 121 kg and has a 7.2-litre fuel tank. The Benelli TNT 135 comes at a price of NPR 2,50,000.
The launch of the motorcycle is on hold in India.
Benelli TNT 300
Power for the Benelli TNT 300 comes from a 300cc in-line twin cylinder, 4-valve DOHC engine with liquid cooling. The powerplant is capable of outputting 38 PS of power at 12,000 rpm and 27 Nm of torque at 9,000 rpm. The transmission is a 6-speed unit. The motorcycle gets a 41 mm upside down front fork and a rear monoshock with spring preload adjustment.

When it comes to brakes, the bike uses dual 260 mm front discs and a single 240 mm rear unit. ABS links both the brakes. The 17-inch aluminium alloy wheels are shod with 110-section front and 140-section rear tyres. The bike gets a generous 16-litre fuel tank and weighs 180 kg. The price for the TNT 300 is NPR 6,80,000.
