Maruti Vitara Brezza deliveries to commence from March 25

Maruti has announced that deliveries of the Maruti Vitara Brezza will commence from March 25. So far, the company has received over 20,000 pre-orders for the Vitara Brezza, since prices were announced a fortnight ago.

Prices for the Maruti Vitara Brezza start from INR 6.99 Lakhs to INR 9.68 Lakhs (ex-showroom Delhi), and is available in six grades: LDi, LDi(O), VDi, VDi(O), ZDi, ZDi+. A driver airbag is standard across the range, while a front passenger airbag and ABS+EBD is optional in lower grades and standard in the Z grades.

The Vitara Brezza measures 3,995 mm in length, 1,790 mm in width, 1,640 mm in height, 2,500 mm in wheelbase and has a ground clearance of 198 mm. It slots into the sub-4m SUV segment that comprises of the Ford EcoSport and Mahindra TUV300.

Powering the Vitara Brezza is a 1.3-liter DDiS four-cylinder diesel engine capable of 90 PS and 200 Nm of torque. The engine is mated to a 5-speed manual transmission which sends power to the front wheels. The Brezza is capable of a class-leading, ARAI-rated fuel efficiency of 24.3 km/l.
