Designed by Hyundai's Korean design center.
Hyundai Motor India Ltd. today unveiled the Hyundai Carlino sub-4 meter SUV concept at the Auto Expo 2016. India's second biggest auto maker said in a statement that the concept has been penned at its Namyang design center in Korea and that it is a design study for a car in the Indian market.
Painted in an orange shade, the concept sports squarish taillights, large rugged wheels, suicide doors, front and rear skid plates, roof carriers, side air intakes, and futuristic headlights with LED daytime running lights. The interior of the concept however was not revealed at the presentation.
Hyundai did not mention any details or specifics about the Carlino concept. However it is prudent to assume that the car, if launched, will rival the Ford EcoSport, Mahindra TUV300 and the recently unveiled Maruti Vitara Brezza.
Hyundai Motor India Ltd. said that more details about the concept will be announced at 3 PM today.
