Update: The motorcycle in the patent image is not a 150/160 cc motorcycle, it is the Honda CB125F that is sold in the UK. It appears that this model is being considered for India.
A patent image of what appears to be an upcoming 150/160 cc motorcycle from Honda Motorcycle & Scooter India has been leaked online by Gaadiwaadi. The model appears to be an entry-level offering in the segment.
The model is characterised by a familiar headlamp, bikini fairing and tank shroud designs, a sculpted fuel tank, front disc brake, multi-spoke alloy wheels, long exhaust pipe, black engine, rear drum brake, traditional twin shock absorbers on swingarm and contoured seats.
The mentioned features suggest that the model in the patent image would be positioned beneath the Honda CB Unicorn 160 and the Honda CB Hornet 160R. It is likely that the motorcycle would use the chassis and powertrain that are already common to the Unicorn and the Hornet.

It is yet to be determined if this model will compete with the Bajaj Pulsar 150 or the Bajaj Discover 150S, which is dependent on its price point. Reports suggest that this model will be priced around INR 65,000 (ex-showroom) which is right in between the prices of the Pulsar (INR 71,756 ex-showroom, Delhi) and the Discover (INR 54,521 ex-showroom, Delhi).
