Will likely be followed by facelifted Volvo V40 Cross Country.
Volvo V40, the most affordable Volvo currently on sale, was introduced at the 2012 Geneva Motor Show. Four years hence, the company will be presenting a facelift of the hatchback at the 2016 Geneva Motor Show, which kicks off on March 1.
On the announcement of the facelift model, Volvo hasn't shed any details about the car, but has said that the car will be revealed online on February 24. To some extent, the 2016 Volvo V40 will feature the company's new family design introduced on the 90 Series. The T-shaped Thor’s Hammer headlights and the concave grille featuring the new Iron Mark are expected on the V40 with the facelift. The raised Volvo V40 Cross Country should follow suit with the same updates.
The model making its world premiere at the 2016 Geneva Motor Show next month is the Volvo V90 - the Volvo S90's estate version, primarily targeted at Europe.
