Gets a new 1.9-liter turbodiesel engine.
Courtesy of Headlight Mag, several brochure scans of the facelifted 2016 Isuzu D-Max have leaked online, revealing the changes in tow.
The exterior features an updated front-end that has a more aggressive dual-slat grille, redesigned headlight clusters with integrated LED daytime running lights and new 18-inch wheels for the top-spec variant
Inside, it is equipped with an optional eight-inch touchscreen infotainment system with Isuzu Connect, and a new TFT multi-information display between the instrument dials.
Under the hood, the upcoming facelifted D-max will lose the 2.5 litre turbodiesel unit for a downsized 1.9 litre Ddi Blue Power turbodiesel engine, while the bigger 3.0 litre diesel unit will continue being offered. The 1.9 litre engine produces 150 hp and 350 Nm of torque, and is paired to a 6-speed Sport Shift gearbox. The 3.0-liter is capable of 177 hp and 380 Nm of torque.
The brochure also reveals the optional accessories available for the 2016 Isuzu D-Max, which include side steps, roof rails, an Isuzu bed liner, cargo net, headlamp covers, tailgate ornament set, floor illumination, rubber floor trays, premium floor mats and a tyre pressure monitoring system (TPMS).
